布尔台煤矿42煤层自然发火规律及防治技术研究

Research on the Law of Spontaneous Combustion and Control Technology of 42 Coal Seam from Buertai Coal Mine

摘要: 为了解和掌握布尔台煤矿42煤层自然发火规律,通过指标气体优选试验得出42煤层应以CO作为煤自燃早期预测预报的指标性气体,进行了现场实测,分析了O2和CO两种气体浓度随推进度的变化规律,得到42煤层煤自燃氧化带范围:胶运巷(进风巷)37~136m,辅运巷(回风巷)18~115m。经计算得到42103工作面基于煤自燃防治的安全推进速度为80.4m/月,并提出布尔台煤矿42煤层不同开采时期煤自然发火防治措施。

Abstract: In order to grasp the spontaneous combustion laws of 42 coal seam in Buertai Coal Mine. CO can be used as the index gas of 42 coal seam for early prediction of spontaneous combustion. The measurement of spontaneous combustion "three zones" of goaf for 42103 fully mechanized coal face was applied. The ranges of the oxidizing band of coal spontaneous combustion of 42 coal seam are 37-136 m for intake airways and 18-115 m for retrurn airways from working face to deep of goaf based on the standard of critical concentration of O2. According to the results of spontaneous combustion dangerous area analysis in the goaf, the paper put forward the pertinence measures for 42 coal seam in different exploitation periods.
